Our Eco Tours will take you up the Homosassa River, along tributaries and out to the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. We’ll traverse both freshwater and saltwater habitats giving you the opportunity to observe various species of birds, wildlife and sealife. In a single trip you may see dolphin and alligators, bald eagles and herons, stingrays and turtles. The landscape will include cypress bayheads and a sea of grass reminiscent of the Everglades. Many of these areas are accessible only by airboats keeping the pristine beauty of nature alive and undisturbed. We do offer Eco Tours from either a pontoon boat or customized skiff which will stay in the Homosassa River, Salt River, Little Homosassa River and St Martin’s River.
